This is one of my most favourite pen sketches to date. I learned that I can achieve some great textures with a ballpoint pen and some creativity. The pose of the main figure is meant to be introspective. When I get lost in my drawing space, I draw whatever comes to mind. By the way, “solipsism” is a philosophy term; the most eloquent of sources, Wikipedia, describes it as “the philosophical idea that only one’s own mind, alone, is sure to exist.”
